Thank you to all our partners during this unprecedented time

Your support matters! The need for blood and blood products remains constant during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are relying on our partners to help us raise awareness and encourage their network to book an appointment this spring.

From governments to hospitals; first responders to corporations; faith groups to community groups – we are all in this together and appreciate the incredible support.

We are deeply grateful to several organizations who have donated their advertising space to us during this time or incorporated our messaging into their marketing pieces. One such company is Toyota and Lexus Canada.

Like many partners, Sikh Nation is answering the call for help. Over the next two months, a wave of emails will be sent out across the country to their Partners for Life members, encouraging them to book an appointment online. The B.C. government recently applauded Sikh Nation for their service during this crucial time. Click here to read more.

Several other community partners are also spreading out their support. For example, Hockey Gives Blood’s Player Ambassadors created an ensemble video asking the hockey community to book an appointment this spring; the Church of Christ are having a month-long drive in May; and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Community will run a four-week national campaign starting May 25.

Lastly, we are fortunate to have partners like KIND who recognize the dedication and commitment of our frontline staff and volunteers. The organization distributed 10,000 KIND bars across the country to let them know how much their work is valued.

Unfortunately, we do not have room currently to mention all the support that we are receiving from organizations. The response to the COVID-19 pandemic will be marathon, not a sprint, so please keep your support coming!
