CAA Niagara is a not-for-profit organization that offers roadside assistance, insurance, travel advice and rewards. And every month, employees of the organization also offer lifesaving assistance to patients by donating plasma. Since the opening of Canadian Blood Services’ plasma donor centre in St. Catharines last June, CAA Niagara has shown its commitment to helping save lives by bringing 25 employees each month to donate plasma.

In addition to CAA Niagara’s strong history of improving the lives of people in the region through their community initiatives, the organization serves its more than 150,000 members in the Niagara Region with branch locations in five communities: St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold and Grimsby. To accomplish this work, CAA Niagara employs more than 170 drivers, travel agents and administrative staff.
