Officers Mossuto and Royle both passed away earlier this year after losing their battles with cancer and leukemia. Matt Oakes received a stem cell transplant in spring 2018 to treat his leukemia and is continuing his fight today. For the month of November, Hamilton Police Services encouraged staff, friends, family and members of the public to donate blood at the Hamilton donor center in a campaign called “November to Remember”. Thank you to Derek and everyone involved for all of your hard work and congratulations on an amazing campaign.
