My husband received blood transfusions before he died. He had cancer and leukemia, they gave him a transfusion in the hope that he would continue to live, unfortunately he died and that led me to donate blood since my husband needed many transfusions and I saw his face of hope every day. I am a bold donor in memory of my husband.
