BC & Yukon Centre

Diagnostic Services, BC & Yukon Centre is located at the Canadian Blood Services facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. We offer patient focused services to hospitals within BC and the Yukon to help provide quality patient care.

Upon request of an authorized health care provider, BC & Yukon Centre Diagnostic Services Laboratory provides perinatal testing, reference red blood cell serology testing (antibody investigations), Human Platelet Antibody (HPA) testing and HLA antibody testing. Molecular genotyping for red cells and platelets is another service offered by the laboratory.
