College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) has demonstrated outstanding commitment to Canadian Blood Services, earning the National Partnership Award for their impactful contributions to Canada’s Lifeline.  

To support a blood donation awareness campaign, they provided the exterior of their building for Canadian Blood Services “This City is in Our Blood” mural, which has become a powerful symbol of awareness and community solidarity. CPSO also actively championed blood donation through their Partners for Life program. 

Driven by their own initiative, employees organized a blood donation event and set an ambitious pledge of 80 donations for 2024. Their ongoing promotion of Canadian Blood Services and encouragement of staff and community participation exemplify their dedication to making a tangible difference. By uniting their professional community and the public in the shared goal of saving lives, CPSO has showcased the profound impact of partnership, advocacy and action.
