Our commitment to donors
We’ve consulted with many donors just like you and learned what you love about those experiences and where we can do better. We’ve had discussions with the employees you meet when you come to a donor centre about how to consistently deliver an exceptional experience.
Those conversations led us to develop our commitment to donors — nine promise statements that reflect what’s important to donors.
While we already strive to deliver on each part of this commitment, articulating it is a formal declaration that we want to be held accountable for delivering excellent experiences to you, our valued donors.
Please let us know how we’re doing. We’ll continue to send a donor survey after a visit to a donor centre. We listen carefully to what you have to say to ensure that we are honouring our commitment to you.
